Internal communications for the UK’s leading interim resource provider
Momenta is a 25 year old City based company, with a turnover of £100m. It provides highly skilled interim resources to professional services, banking and financial services clients in the UK and Australia. Supporting a change in its business model, it needed, for the first time, marketing and communications activity.
- Developed a marketing programme to make Momenta more recognisable amongst its 35,000 strong Associate database, and current/new clients
- Devised from scratch the entire ‘Mix’ concept – a structured monthly editorial e-mail digest supported through social media. Content and format was based on a combination of depth interviews, competitive analysis and workshop sessions
- Delivered using a range of features, articles, news stories, videos and offers, using a team of expert writers
- Created additional collateral for the sales force including presentation decks and brochures, an interim website, sub brand logos and a social media strategy
