How we use market research

We use market research - a core element of our offer - as part of the process to gain the deep insight and knowledge required for powerful luxury brand positioning.

We have found that market research - especially depth interviews with luxury consumers and UHNWs - needs a degree of sensitivity, respect, plus a psychological and cultural understanding that is hard to find from traditional out-sourced research agencies.

Qualitative & quantitative market research

We conduct qualitative market research in all its various forms including personal depth interviews and focus groups. We work with trusted partners for quantitative research and specialist projects and where particular expertise is needed e.g. nightclubs for drinks.

We handle all aspects of conducting market research studies – discussion guides, recruitment, liaison, conducting of research, debriefing and recommendations for strategic or creative development.
