Full communications campaign

Responsible for all Marks & Spencer food/fashion/homeware product and store communications activity. Many multi-media campaigns were delivered each year, across TV, brochures, press, poster and radio ads, together with all related PR.  This required the careful management of relationships with multiple M&S stakeholders and departments.
